International Internships

Supporting the structured delivery of global placements

A successful internship takes more than just a willing student and a company. It requires structure, support, and alignment with academic goals.

WIN helps make that possible by providing a framework that connects all the key players in international placements.

This model gives colleges, universities, students, and host companies confidence in the quality and consistency of the internship experience, regardless of location or delivery format.

Internship Formats

Internships supported through WIN involve structured placements with host companies based in another country. While many placements are currently delivered remotely, WIN’s framework can support a range of formats, including hybrid or in-person models depending on local circumstances and institutional needs.

Each internship typically requires students to complete 500 or 600 hours of supervised experience as part of their university degree.

All placements are supported by local delivery partners who provide guidance to both host companies and students throughout the internship period.

WIN’s coordinated approach is designed to:

Academic Alignment

Align with academic and regulatory expectations

Practical Experience

Provide students with practical, project-based experience

International Talent
