Why WIN Was Created
In many countries, internships form an essential part of higher education. These placements connect academic theory with real-world experience and are often a graduation requirement.
Yet access to structured, internationally recognised internships is limited in many regions, especially when students are unable to travel. WIN was developed to address that gap.

Each national partner is a formal member of WIN and appoints a representative to our international board, ensuring shared governance and equal contribution to the direction of the network.
